Nice find, and free, but this is exactly the same as an old application called Mobile Office by Odendahl SEPT-Solutions, and that one is a “commercial” app.
It even retains their creators information in the files, and installs exactly the same files.
The original app is still inside the original creators website and listed as to buy, so I don’t think that they released the code to be open source.
A little bit shady if you ask me.
@mhmido, it’s much better to have the original website link in the post, as it might be updated in the future, rendering this post useless in a couple of months, databubben choice of link is the right manner for posting.
About the app itself: It’s the same as Mobile Office, useful to view your OpenOffice files directly in your phone, but you can’t open protected files, and the zoom function jumps in too big increments, also, the spreadsheet files are rendered a little awkward, it needs a lot of work, but even right now, a very nice app. I hope that they keep updating it.
