Update on Vimio TV app

My post about Vimio made alot of people discover what is one of the oldest UIQ3 apps around, although the new version is very recent. However, despite the its great image quality, this app had the limitation of being restricted to one channel.

Well…no more. Trinitrotoluen from uiq3.eu, the guy that is also working for bringing us flash lite 3.0, found a way to play other channels, namely BBC World! Find how here.

    Ares the program had some of this channels when i first installed the program (by your post) and today a new one was added RMF Maxxx.

    How to change the channel inside the app then?

    I don’t think there will be a way to change the channel in the app they changes automatically like it did for me :)

    Hello ,
    I try it on my P1i , but it is not working for me in France . always Alezzera channel . No BBC NEWS !
    But i see TV on P1i with Slingmedia Player or Locationfree Player TV ( SONY LF-PK1)

    Guys, when i installed vimio, and run the application, it requeires
    sms registration..
    i now can watch alzazerra
    is it still free?
