There’s HanDBase and QuodDB for S60 3rd Edition, but untill now, database management application cannot be found for UIQ 3. Rene Brunner just made public an application called MoStacks, which, IMHO, is the only DBMS app for UIQ 3 at the moment.
It hosts a number of features where it can now directly import most HanDBase files, it supports full screen and landscape modes. It’s possible to create simple databases on the phone itself, without the help of the Windows companion program.
As far as I know it still is the only such program for UIQ3, and with UIQ headed to extinction (no need to explain that, you know…) it may well stay the only one…

Many thanks, Asri, for featuring my program here!
It certainly isn’t for everyone, because probably only a minority of UIQ3 phone users have a need to manage data on their phones in the first place, but I think for somebody who has that need the program can be very useful.
Being two fully-featured programs (one on Windows, and one on UIQ3), the MoStacks systems also requires quite some time to get really familiar with. This is no YouTube client that one knows how to use one minute after install
But I hope that at least some people will give it a serious try, and I am certainly open for any bug reports and questions.

Nice tool!
It’s definitely a serious app for serious work.
