SMAN 20080828 beta realeased
Legendary UIQ programer ajack just announced at my-symbian forums the release of the first public beta of the new SMAN.
Like we´ve told you before, AnotherGuest aka SomeOne has taken the place of Droll on the dev team, and this is the the first time people will be able to try the new version of this uber-famous UIQ app.
Download it here.
note: if you have the previous UIQ3 SMAN installed(the one that appeared on the P990 days, less similar to UIQ2 version), uninstall it before using this new version.

thanks for update, I would try to install this new updates, as my memories that is a great tools on uiq2
but can’t install this version, and I have uninstall the old version of sman, don’t know why, I did install capswitch + sis installer mod
I can’t install it either on my P1i. I didn’t have any previous version installed (is there even one for UIQ3?). However it complains that “An upgrade failed because the package being installed is not a valid upgrade” every time I try to install it.

I’ve been using SMan since my P800 & P900 days. I miss its bluejacking feature, the Reboot without pressing the power button, and other features which are not available in Swiss Manager. I have tried the SMan UIQ3 beta but some features are not yet available.
I hope to be able to install this latest version and compare it with previous SMans for UIQ2.
