Popmenu editor for UIQ3

If you folow UIQ3´s hacks/mods scene, you know s.h.a.r.k found a way to edit the Popmenu (access it by pressing the little icon on the top left extreme of your UIQ3 device screen).

Now this process is even more easy, because Diapason created a tool to alow editing of the Popmenu right from your PC.

    I think I did something wrong. I have a p1i (with up to date firmware) with capswitch

    I copy file eikon.mbm in c:\resource\apps
    and ZSBPOPUPMENU.rsc in c:\resource\zsbpopmenu

    What should I do next? can someone please help me?
