UIQBlog.Com Poll - Most requested features in Digia @Web
Ladies and gentlemen… The 2nd public beta of Digia @Web is now out.
To assist the development of this great UIQ 3 alternative internet browser, UIQBlog.Com is conducting a user survey / poll to collect your opinion regarding the most requested features that need to be included in @Web. On the right column of this blog, you can see the 10 suggested features which were suggested to the developers from users, based on the 1st beta. You can only select 3 answers from the list. Just click on the box at the right of each answers.
We really need you to spread the words and ask your friends, your colleagues, your relatives (Aherm… ONLY THOSE WHO USE UIQ 3 OF COURSE!!!) and participate in this small survey. Your feedback is priceless and will determine the outcome of this browser.

if this is going to be any serious browser,
there are so many important things.
Multiple page open, password support…

would flash support be one of those important things?
coz i ain’t gettin’ it if it doesn’t have flash support…

It would be great if they will make scrolling with keys (4,6,2,8, like it is in Opera Mini 4.1)
Strangely enough, I think its already out. Just been on the @Web Digia site and they have the beta 1.0.1 sis file available for download.

@makr, it will alow flash, its prepared for it, BUT someone has to release flash player for UIQ3, and that does not depend of Digia

I must say their support is complete shit.
On my account there’s still NO download link,
although I requested this months ago.
This pisses me off completely, until they don’t fix it, I don’t send any bloody feedback.
having a P990i, no flip closed mode is available.
And yes, no memory…
So useless at this stage.

Its much faster and more stable. However, cookies still do not work

That happened to me too.
But when I wrote to their support email center,
they corrected it very fast, so it’s fine. Sometime you have an account and you still don’t see a link to download.
