Flash lite 3 on UIQ3 - updated G900 whitepaper confirms it

Sometime ago, we told yout x-tream from P1blog had found a reference to FL3 on the first version of G900 whitepaper. Soon after, that document was removed, and there was some speculation one of the reasons of doing that was to remove such reference.
Well, now we have the new version of G900 whitepaper and this is what we can read in page 9:
Opera™ 8.0 Web browser
Opera™ 8.0 allows full HTML browsing and supports all de facto standards. It features normal or small
screen rendering as well as full screen view. Includes Flash Lite 3 support (from maintenance release 1 of the phone software).
Wonderful, they’re sticking to Opera 8… while versions of 9.5 can be easily integrated into devices like the P1…
Strange strategy…
Can’t really say that’s a very bad idea, when there’s still a few issues to fix in 8.65. Such as the “copy/paste” problem with the text- fields, for example.
Besides, Opera should’ve figured out by now that they should ditch the UIQ bundled releases only, until they can be sure the browser will actually be released within the next decade when they’re finished.
Also from the Whitepaper
I mean, wow. Congrats. Now fix the existing UIQ phones as well, will ya.
Really, next they’re going to tell me they’ve been thinking of introducing “undo/redo” in all standard textfields as well. *cough*
Cedric, officialy or not, i think you can expect to run Opera 9.5 in every UIQ 3.x phone once its out…
Wow, therefore this is true that SE G900 can play flash videos already like the youtube???
Or is it true that the built in Opera 8.65 of the G900, includes a flash lite 3 already?? anybody owns G900 please share your experience thanks
