Primetech releases Jot for UIQ 3.x

Primetech, authors of the wonderfull iphone type contact app we talked before, just announced Primetech Jot, a hand-written input recognition system for UIQ 3.x smartphones.

Primetech Jot converts hand-written characters into printed ones “on the fly”. This system completely integrates into the phone, allows using two language layouts simultaneously and has a possibility of training.

  1. I don’t get it the purpose of this software, why somebody need something like this software instead the build in software for Uiq 3

  2. Because it allows you (the user) to train the system to recognise and adapt to your specific handwriting…

  3. UIQ recognizes Latin symbols only, Jot allows it for Cyrillic

  4. bad link…

  5. Ohh! I see. Thanks Ares
