New day, more P5/Paris photos
Yeah, we loved the parcial specs the last time, but now finally we have a glance at the rocker P1 style qwerty keypad! I think its awesome!
I know there are already some haters out there, and lots of people arguing about the screen: is it 2.8″ or not (i think it is), is it vga or qvga. Well…forget that…most important thing is not yet clearly known, but it is a FACT: Paris and the other upcoming UIQ 3.3 phones will have a new processor, and that will solve the main problem of the latest UIQ3 phones - lack of processing power when compared with the competition.
And if you don´t like its looks…well, there are PLENTY more of UIQ phones to be announced by SE this year.

The large black area around the 5way pad seems to have a backlight underneath that reveals the mystery touch keys similar to W960
Great, but if the screen isn’t VGA, they can forget about it. I get the impression that this is the view held by most other potential users.
To me just look like the horrible LG Chocolate…
For me as a P1i user the Paris looks nice, and I hope, it will help SE to find many new customers to further promote UIQ3. However, I am not shure if the Paris has enought features to give up my P1i.
Where is the jog-dial ? Will it really look like that ? We have seen nicer looking “fakes” in the past ! I still have doubts that these pictures show us the real thing !
After some furhter contemplation: these pictures does not show the future Paris !!! (It is UIQ 3.0, not 3.3)
May be it is an early prototype of something, but the phone is very ugly. I cannot imagine that SE will bring such a nightmare to the market !

That’s is the same I think, this phone is not really great! I’m not going to chance my SE P1i until I can get a UIQ 3.3 phone probably with much more features. I’m going to buy a superb camara phone like C902 when arribe to the market, but for my SE P1i I expect to have it for much more time.
Another thing…, this phone look better for a woman, it has a delicate look, not like my SE P1i which look for man is very clear!

Not my thing, really. It’s nice but it’s too much like LG. And I don’t like LG, their phones are mostly crap.
