Finally, UIQ 3 has a finance manager
If you read this blog since the beginning, I’ve been yakking about the missing financial application for some time. It seems that some UIQ 3 developers also thought the same and released an app that looks like a winner. Flying Money by Flying Bird Software (what’s with the name?) is the answer. It’s developed with one goal in mind, i.e. to assist UIQ 3 users in managing the financial aspects of their lives.
Although the developer are new to UIQ 3 and there’s some issues with the app (memory hog and missing report function, for example), the design of Flying Money is something other developers need to pay attention. It is designed carefully and looks very well crafted. It looks like a UIQ 3 app and intuitively done.
